I am using intitle: "index.of" (mp3) (song) name. I was wondering. My argument is that they are already on the blogs of people and things, so it is already used by the public, if I download it?

If you are unsure, then you should give your instinct and what is not. Why should it not be a membership to a music thing? Some radio stations, free internet and free centers have the word free.
