I'm under 18. If I travel to Vietnam with my friend and her family, do I need a notary letter from my parents? - vietnam family travel
Or is it a letter of permission or authorization, right?
I was going to Vietnam with my aunt, but I can not remember if we succeed or not be certified notary. Thank you in advance.

Talk to the consulate of Vietnam, because the laws have changed and must change. Some countries require a lot more to minors - not sure why (my niece has recently traveled to China with her mother necessarily, but to all kinds of letters from people who get on with the American schools., Proof of ticket, etc. . - that is from China but not in Vietnam).
